PRIMUM Primitivo Rosso IGT Salento captures the essence of the land with every sip, offering a sensory journey through the history and beauty of Salento.

The light sweetness and soft tannic vein intertwine in a perfect balance, making this wine an ideal companion for traditional cuisine, roast meats and mature cheeses. Its complexity and aromatic intensity also make it perfect for moments of meditation, where the wine can be appreciated in its entirety.

In the heart of Southern Salento, PRIMUM Primitivo is the fruit of over 20-year-old vines, blessed by the proximity of the sea and a rich, sandy soil. This wine, made from a careful selection of 100% Primitivo grapes, captivates with its rich bouquet of ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry, enriched with vanilla and spices thanks to barrique ageing.

The vinification process, followed by 24 months of ageing in steel silos, culminates in a wine of extraordinary complexity and tannic softness.

Served at a temperature of 18-20°C, PRIMUM Primitivo Rosso enhances robust dishes and intense flavours of traditional cuisine. Its structure and depth pairs beautifully with roasts, meat dishes and mature cheeses, creating a harmony of flavours that celebrates the gastronomic richness of the region.

This wine not only accompanies meals but enriches the dining experience, inviting one to discover the depth and variety of flavours that Salento has to offer.
